RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only in cases where:
- A wrong or expired product has been delivered
- The product packaging is found to be damaged upon delivery to the extent that hygiene of the product is compromised
- A discernible anomaly in the product which makes it unfit for consumption
All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Wandering Foodie Pvt. Ltd. upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days

You need to keep the products ready so our logistics partners can get them collected. We will inform the date on which the product will be picked up.
