1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup jowar flour (sorghum), 1 cup besan (gram flour), 1 tsp carom, 1/2 cup fresh coriander (chopped), 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, Salt, Vegetable oil


  1. Mix all the ingredients together along with 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp salt and some hot water. Knead well
  2. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin on a flat surface
  3. Roast well on pan by applying oil on both sides
  4. Serve with thecha, peanut chutney or red chili chutney
