1 1/2 cup wheat flour

1 cup granulated jaggery

1 tsp Gurmai roti masala


  1. Mix wheat flour with a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 cup water
  2. Knead well to make smooth dough. Rest it for 15-20 minutes
  3. Mix Gurmai roti masala with granulated jaggery and form small balls. If too dry, add some ghee
  4. Take some dough, equivalent to the jaggery ball, and flatten it a little using a rolling pin
  5. Wrap the jaggery ball with the flattened dough and close it
  6. Flatten the ball a little by hand so it does not break, then use rolling pin to flatten it further
  7. Roast well on pan with ghee
