Yes, we do host private events. However a minimum number of 10 participants are required and there should be no clash with other bookings. We recommend booking at least 15 days in advance for a private event.
To book a tour contact Wandering Foodie via phone, email or facebook. The booking is confirmed once the booking amount is received by Wandering Foodie via NEFT transfer, cash or cheque. Full payment for the tour should be made 4 days prior to the date of tour.
The tour needs to be booked at least 4 days in advance. In some cases we might accept last minute bookings if it is possible for us to accommodate the same
Min – 2 & Max – 20. Most of our tours have multiple bookings and you will be accompanied by fellow foodies during the tour.
We don’t have any fixed venues, we have tie-ups with various venues and host it at required location based on our guest’s preferences and venue availability.
- Any cancellations done within 4 days of the date of the tour will not be refunded
- Any cancellations done between 4-15 days will get the booking amount deducted before refund
- Cancellations done more than 15 days prior to the journey and more will get a full refund
We can reschedule the booking to a later date if informed at least 4 days before the scheduled tour
